Well …… That’s the end of FY22! Which I’m sure you’ll agree was arguably, even more challenging in comparison to the year prior. As someone that has had interaction with 3D Commercial, I wanted to share some information with you on what the year looked like for us, in terms of securing talent for teams and roles for professionals in the construction industry.

Its really important for us to have great relationships in the Construction & Property industry, and that’s what helps us find great people for great teams – especially now, with how competitive it has been to find great people!

It’s also important to remember where our strengths lie. From the placements we made, you can see as a team that Site Managers are something we are very much in touch with (and always looking for), but the team still had a really good impact on sourcing and placing other members of the construction delivery team.

One thing to note, is that even though you may have one contact at 3D Commercial, its likely that someone else in the business may have assisted with your requirements. we’re a super small team, but we do get results!
