An initial call with one of our consultants to discuss your background and industry experience.
One of our consultants will conduct a detailed interview with you, ideally face to face, but also via video meeting or phone, to thoroughly understand your experience, career aspirations and what you’re looking for in your next role. Your consultant will get to know you as a professional, but also personally, to make sure the company and culture is the right fit. Your consultant will be able to offer expert advice on how to tailor your resume for specific roles.
Our team will collaborate to create a market map of potential opportunities that match your experience & requirements. Your consultant will then actively reach out to our network on your behalf, and will submit your application to potential employers (with your permission).
Your consultant will liaise with our clients to organise your interviews and will provide you with valuable insights about prospective employers, offering interview tips to help you feel confident and well-prepared. You can expect punctual and transparent feedback as well as advice on next steps.
Receive assistance and advice when navigating your offers to make sure you secure the best role for you. Your consultant will offer support with the resignation process as well as helping with any onboarding preparation to make your transition as smooth as possible.
The journey doesn’t end there; your consultant will keep in touch after you start in your new role with regular aftercare checks. This is to ensure you’re settling into your new role and provide an extra layer of support if you need any assistance, but also to provide the feedback from your employer.
3D will conduct an onsite safety assessment within 7 days of your start date for temporary placements, emphasizing our commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). We will continue with regular check ins, in order to maintain a safe workplace.
