3D Commercial are looking for an exceptional & process-driven Contract Administrator to join a prominent Industrial Builder based in Melbourne.

PROJECTS
Our client have fast become an industry leader across the Industrial sector, with their D&C projects ranging anywhere from $20m - $80m in value.

YOU
You will instinctively be a high-performer and have worked ideally within the Industrial & Commercial New build sector. You will have a keen attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced and well balanced environment and across up to 2 projects at a time.
You will exhibit leadership qualities, have great relationships with subcontractors & trades, as well as a sense of humor & a positive attitude. Collaboration is key, so you will ideally like to work within a well-organized team.

THE ROLE
As the conduit between your Project Manager and Graduate, your key responsibilities will be as follows; 
  • Communication with all stakeholders - site team, clients & sub-contactors 
  • Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims, Variations & Documentation 
  • Letting & vetting packages 
  • Focus on financials eg Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting etc
