WHAT YOU GET

- Greenstar Industrial Business Parks, Temperature Controlled Warehouses, Car Showrooms, Storage Facilities & Other Commercial Builds builds upto $30m.
- Working alongside the project team (SM, PM, CA etc) to come to a timely delivery under budget.
- Manage the Commercial performance of the build.
- Work alongside the PM dealing with any subcontractor letting, variations and progress claims
- Forecasting and Cost tracking
- Assist with any major procurement of materials/trades.
- Relevant Tertiary Degree / Trade Qualification related to Construction (they will look to explore graduates)
- Experience working for a Tier 1,2 or 3 Builder as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator (ideally in Melbourne)
- Software Experience: Procore, CHEOPS, Jobpac (ideal but not essential)
- Ideally working on a minimum of 1-2 Projects, delivered Start to Finish in a Junior Contract Administration / PC Role.
- Ambition to grow with a company and commit for the long term
