3D Commercial are seeking a talented & driven Contracts Administrator to join a leading Commercial & Industrial builder specializing in projects up to $40m based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

With over 50 employees, they're delivering 70% of their own projects and 30% of tendered projects and are continuing to go from strength to strength! - Large Format Retail Developments - $10m - $40m
- Some Fitout Works circa $5m - $8m
- Reatil & Service Station $5m - $10m
- Industrial Warehouses (Cold Storage/Self Storage/Factories) - $10m - $60m
- Factory Developments - $10m - $30m
Reporting into your Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows;
- Communication with all stakeholders - site team, clients & sub-contactors
- Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims, Variations & Documentation
- Letting & vetting packages
- Focus on financials eg Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting etc
- Proven experience as a CA delivering relevant commercial &/or industrial projects up to $5m - $40m across diverse sectors
- Experience working on construction projects in Australia for at least 2 years
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple platforms
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors right across Victoria
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
