3D Commercial have partnered with another repeat client that specialise in a diverse range of Industrial Refurbsuhment & Office Fitout projects across Melbourne.
With a strong national presence, they are looking to bring on a Pre-Construction Manager in a newly created role. You will ideally be an experienced construction Project Manager.

The majority of their work is over 70% repeat BLUE CHIP clients and they boast a team of over 150 employees nationally. A very financially secure business with lots of work pipelined for the next 12-24 months.

- Managing the tender process from inception right through to passing on to delivery and hadover.
- You will have full; autonomy on the project from a Pre-Construction Manager capacity, through to a Senior PM running the project and managing your team.
- Perfect for someone that loves client facing.
- Assist with queries whilst in construction.
- Liases with clients, architects, consultants and sub contractors at the early stages of the project conversation.
- Use your Project Management expereince to dissect he value mangement within the jobs and offer up other options at tender stage by consulting with your trusted sub contractors.
- Write the initial construction program for tender.
- Enhance the construction process with your building knowledge and guide others around you
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline.
- Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple projects between $5m - $20m in value.
- Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
