3D Commercial are seeking a Contracts Administrator with 5+ years of experience in the commercial sector on projects between $5m - $20m.
COMPANY Our client are experts in commercial New Build Projects, both D&C and Construct Only. With a contemporary approach to building they have a great reputation and have some exciting projects on the horizon, as well as under construction. Their team has decades of experience in delivering high-quality construction projects within budget and on time.
Due to an internal promotion, you will join their team and assist in the construction of commercial projects between $5m - $20m in value. With the support of a junior CA, you will be responsible for running two projects simultaneously (one $15m project and another $10m project) and ensuring the project runs smoothly, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

PROJECTS - Projects between $5m - $20m
- Hopsital & Laboratory Builds and Heavy Hopsital refurbs
- Education New builds both VSBA & Private Schools
- Community Hubs
THE ROLE
- Communication with all stakeholders - Site team, Architects & Sub Contractors.
- Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation.
- Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports.
- Being able to manage more than 1 project at a time
- Breaking down, vetting & letting sub-contractor packages
- Managing variation claims from subcontractors
- Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple platforms such as Hammertech, Procore & ProcurePro
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
- Mentior and guide juniors on your team
- Show a good level of maturity in order to progress your own career within the business
YOU As a contracts administrator you will be responsible for running projects with your Project Manager from start through to completion & your key duties are as follows;
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects, such as schools, above $5m in value
- Experience working on projects in Australia as a Contracts Administrator
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple platforms such as Jobpac, Procurepro, Hammertech & Procore
- Being able to manage more than 1 project at a time
- The ability to foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors right across Victoria
- Ambition to commit long-term to the business
- Local experience in Australia/VIC is preferred
- Ability and desire to work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
