THE ROLE

This role in particular will be heavily focused on mentoring and training juniors and graduates coming through the ranks. Ideally looking for an experienced Foreman or Site Manager who has a passion for passing on their knowledge to the future builders of Melbourne.

• Coordinating trades
• Supporting the Site Manager
• The project/s will require you to assist in running the structure through to handover.
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
• Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
• Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards

YOU

• Experience in either a Site Manager or General/Finishes Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
• Previously delivered larger-scale buildings where you have completed at least 1 from start to finish.
• Trade qualification/degree related to construction
• Ambition to commit to the business long term
• Ideally experience in Procore, Hammertech, Aconnex and other defect management software
