3D Commercial are seeking Regional Site Managers on a number of projects across Gippsland, South West Coast, Geelong, Shepparton and other Regional areas.

WHAT YOU GET

THE ROLE & YOU
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing projects valued at $5m and above.
  • This is NOT a junior role, so you MUST have expereince as a Site Manager on relevant builds as outlined.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Hammertech, Buildpass, 1Breadcrumb, Sign on Site, and other relevant construction software is highly advantageous.
  • Experience as a Site Manager managing cranes on site, tilt panel, concrete & steel structure erection.
  • Skilled in team management and motivation.
  • Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proven history as a Site Manager delivering diverse commercial and/or industrial projects.
  • Previous success in handling projects for blue-chip & Government clients.
  • Dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and subcontractors.
  • Enjoys collaborating with like-minded individuals in a positive and humorous work environment.
