Our Process

An initial call with one of our 3D Commercial consultants to discuss your requirements and quickly qualify how we can assist you.

 

We will arrange a meeting for us to come out to your office and discuss the role in more depth. This is an opportunity for us to get a better understanding of your business and a real ’feel’ for the culture and environment, to ensure we’re matching candidates on fit as well as role requirements. Your consultant will share industry insights, offer an outside perspective, and consult with you on future business growth strategies if required. This is also a great way for you to get to know us – after all, we are out there representing your brand!

We will run a private marketing campaign on your behalf, using our construction specific database, online tools, AI technology and other advanced recruitment systems to attract candidates. A dedicated consultant from our team will then ultilise our extensive network and existing relationships to identify, target, and headhunt specific candidates - the majority of these will be passive and are unlikely to be attracted via basic recruitment methods.

We will screen and interview candidates before providing you with a short-list of resumes to interview from. Through this process we will be qualifying not only if these candidates have the required skills and experience, but also whether they are the right cultural fit for your team.

We will work with you to schedule interviews at your office/on site. If required, your consultant will guide you on specific questioning in order to get the best from the discussion. Post interview, your consultant will obtain feedback from the candidate and then discuss any follow up questions/concerns you may have. We can be as hands-on in consulting with you on your decision process as you require, our consultants are able offer insights and advice to support the hiring process if requested., but ultimately, the decision lies with you.

Your consultant will provide support in delivering the offer and working to ensure that your top choice of candidate accepts your role. Reference checks will be done either prior to, or after interview, depending on the candidate’s status of employment. Given the depth of our networks in the market, we often already know a candidate’s reputation, and we will usually know the person we’re obtaining the reference from. So you can be sure that it’s an indicative account of the candidate’s skills and achievements.

Because our job doesn’t stop there! We will conduct regular check-ins with the you and the candidate. We offer ourselves as advocates, supporting both parties, and passing on positive feedback!

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) is something that is of paramount importance to us, so we will be out to visit your worksite within 7 days of a candidate’s start date, to conduct an onsite safety assessment. We will continue with regular check ins, in order to maintain a safe workplace.
