3D Commercial have partnered with a reputable Developer Builder based in the inner East who have been operating for approximately 5 years. Due to a $8m, 2 unit Townhouse project in Hawthorn starting up they are looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. They also have a $4m Luxury home in Balwyn that they are looking for someone too.
  
Your new role

• Coordinating trades
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
• Using Procore to manage all site documentation
• Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards

 
What you need to succeed

• Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role for a Luxury builder here in Melbourne/Australia.
• Previously delivered Luxury resi or Apartment buildings with high quality finishes
• Ideally experience in Procore
• Trade qualification/degree related to construction
• Ambition to commit to the business long term
• Ideally experience in programming and scheduling
• Keen eye for detail – most of the projects are high end and complex.
