3D Commercial are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join a hugely successful Commercial builder, who have been operating Nationally for over 50 years! they have an excellent reputation from clients, sub contractors and even former employees.

• Sports Complexes
• Community Hubs
• New Build Schools
• Projects upto $20m 

What you'll be responsible for:

• Communication with all stakeholders - Site team, Architects & Sub Contractors.
• Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation.
• Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports.
• Negotiating with trades.
• Vetting & letting sub contractor agreements.
• Mitigating risk for the head contractor, client and sub contractor in a fair manner.
• Commit time to value engineer and offer different construction methods to suit program, budget and overall project.
