3D Commercial have partnered with a reputable developer builder based in the Eastern suburbs who are on the lookout for a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to work on a $25M project in Glen Iris and then roll through onto other similar developments in the same area.

The role
Site Managing duties including:

• Coordinating trades
• Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
• Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
• Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standards

About you

• Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role for an apartment builder here in Melbourne/Australia.
• Previously delivered Luxury resi or Apartment buildings with high quality finishes
• Ideally a good understanding of technology
• Trade qualification/degree related to construction
• Ambition to commit to the business long term – most jobs are Eastern Suburbs
• Ideally experience in programming and scheduling
