As a result of securing several new projects, they are actively seeking multiple experienced Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team

Projects: 

• Interiors, fitout and refurbishments across the commercial office, health, education, hotel, hospitality and retail sectors.
• Projects ranging from $1m - $30m

What you'll be responsible for:

As Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for running projects with your Project Manager from start through to completion & your key duties are as follows; 

• Effective communication with all stakeholders, including site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Handling RFIs, progress claims, variations, and documentation submissions.
• Managing the letting and vetting of packages.
• Focus on financials eg Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting etc.
