Project Manager | Developer Builder

3D Commercial have partnered with an established, stable developer builder based in the inner South East who are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join the team to work on a $30m Apartment project in Glen Iris. This is a full time, permanent role where you will then roll onto other projects of a similar nature.
  
Your new role

• In charge of the project programming/scheduling
• Manage the subcontract vetting and letting process
• Manage the financial and timeline performance of the project
• Manage any subcontractor variation claims with the CA
• Work alongside the CA and Site team to ensure the project is delivered successfully

What you’ll need to succeed

• Local experience in a Project Manager or Senior Contract Administrator role working on Apartment projects in Melbourne.
• Tertiary degree or trades background
• Ideally experience in delivering projects from start to finish
• Ability and ambition to commit to a company for the medium-long term
• Strong leadership and communication skills
