3D Commercial have partnered with a passionate, Melbourne based Commercial Builder. Specialising in a wide range of Projects - Community, Schools, Retail etc. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking to bring on a Contract Administrator who will grow with their team! They are currently looking for a CA that will work on a school project in the South-East of Melbourne (at-least 3 days on site), as well as up and coming projects.

  • Current Project: $10m School in the South-East (at-least 3 days on site)
  • A wide range of Commercial projects across the commercial office, education, community, health, hotel, hospitality and retail sectors.
  • Projects ranging from $1m - $30m
What you'll be responsible for:

As Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for running projects with your Project Manager from start through to completion & your key duties are as follows; 
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders, including site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Handling RFIs, progress claims, variations, and documentation submissions.
  • Managing the letting and vetting of packages.
  • Focus on financials eg Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting etc.
